Obviously each case depends on its own merits taking individual circumstances into account i.e. the severity of the injury, age, occupation etc.
In addition there may be a claim for special damages such as loss of earnings, medical expenses, out of pocket expenses and vehicle damage costs. In serious cases there may also be future loss of earnings, future expenses etc.
